1. Vocab Drama
Using all twenty (20) vocabulary words from Unit II, write a skit/play/drama about any topic. Make sure you use the words in context Your play should be formatted something like this:
MS. KALMAR: My sophomores have developed an insidious plan to convince me to stop giving them Viking facts every day!
VIKING: Alas, I feel bereft of all happiness in this life now that you've told me this!
(Points Possible: 20)
2. Optional Extra Credit (5 Quiz/Test Points)
As you all know, as a part of the ACE program, I am both a teacher and a student this year -- and I need your help to become a more effective English teacher! For give bonus points, please write me a letter about the year so far, including at least one (1) thing that you feel I have done well, and at least two (2) ways I can improve my teaching or our English class in general. Please be thoughtful and honest, and know that I sincerely appreciate the effort you put into these responses!
(If you want to keep your responses anonymous, feel free to type your answers. At the beginning of class, I will check to see that you have a response of some substance, give you the extra credit, and actually read what you've written at a later time.)
