1. Read to the end of Act II and prepare for your role. Make sure you read your part aloud before coming to class -- it will be easier for the audience to understand, and you'll look composed and professional!
2. Use Acts I & II to fill out the figurative language chart on the back of your Act I guide. Make sure you fill it out completely... all four columns, and all ten rows. You need to include at least one example of each type of figurative language (metaphor, simile, personification, symbol, motif, pun), and references from BOTH acts.
